Does anyone know how to add more hours to one's day? I could use one or ten more.
To ask a more realistic question, does anyone have good tips for sleeping? My body seems to want 9-10 hours per night which cannot happen. See first question for reason why. Also I am getting tired through out the day.
I'm wondering if I am not getting quality sleep, so I'm looking for tips to improve my sleep quality. I'm hoping that if I can do that 8 hours will be enough. Any tips you have will be very much appreciated. Thanks, dudes!
