WIAW #21 - The No Shots Edition

Another Wednesday. I'm pretty tired so I'm only attending one party.  An although this is the 21st WIAW they will be no shots tonight.  I gotta work in the morning, you see. Speaking of work and sleep, let's get this party going!

Breakfast
An omelet with one egg, one egg white and tacos cheese! Plus vanilla Greek yogurt with chocolate, berry granola and an almost too ripe banana (already eaten).

Lunch

Eating outdoors! Morning Star Farms pizza burger on a whole wheat tortilla, strawberries, and Triscuits with cherry salsa from a local farmers market. It's one of my favorite summer treats!

Dinner
Pasta with spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese. Trader Joe's pita chips that a friend brought us, since we have no TJ's in West Michigan. With the pitas was some roasted red pepper hummus.  I'm not a huge hummus fan, but I'm trying to like it. It's tasting better and better.

Dessert homemade strawberry pie!!!

Good Snacking!
At about 11am, I hit a break wall of tired-ness.  I just was soo tired, I couldn't stand it. I'm thinking this might be because I need to eat throughout the day.  I know when I used to work nights, just before I'd go on my dinner break, I'd be so tired, but after I had my food, I felt much better. This makes me think I'm onof those people who need to eat every 4-5 hours.  I'm going to try to work on bringing some healthier snacks into work and see if that makes a difference.  Today I bought some peanuts form the vending machine (rip off!!) and had some green tea with honey.  Later, after zumba, I finished off the peanuts and had some of Target's Black and White trail mix.  It is SOOO good!  You should definitely get some.  I also may or may not have had some M & M's from my office mate's candy dish.

Well I'm exhuasted! Great party! If you are in the mood to still party, go check everything out here, curtsy of Jen.

    1. Usually I just throw it away...a waste, but I'm not sure what else to do with it, since I don't want to eat it.
