Ironic because I was just thinking about this quote yesterday. I'm not sure who Dr. Kenneth Cooper is, but this is an ideology that I live by. I know a few people who are the same age. Some work out, ride their bikes, take regular walks and some don't. Although they are the same age, those that are less active are not able to do as much. The seem to be older than the active ones. The proof is in the pudding as they say.
Are you saying I'm older than your more active friends?! Sounds like a challenge to me!
