When you say, "I'm not over weight, but I am also not toned and that is what I want," I can't help wonder why?<br /><br />Do you want to be toned because you view it as a sign of living a healthy life / being on the right track to living to 100? Or is it because you feel like it would make you more confident in your own appearance and how you think others will view you?<br /><br />If it's the latter, please be careful. That path can be dangerous as it may lead to goals that are impossible to meet as you continuously find other faults in yourself in need of attention. Remember, God loves you just the way you are, and you should too.<br /><br />Either way, I'm always here for you, and I'm glad you're sharing this journey with others.
